Pawsome DogSports started as an entrepreneurial adventure born from the love and passion of dog sports and activities, we, as a married couple, have enjoyed with our own dogs. Having rescued our “New Mexico Special,” Mayzee, and working through the reactivity issues she had, we found that getting out and doing things with her gave her an outlet to channel her energy into. Along the way it made us better handlers. It wasn’t until we got our German Shepherd, Elka, that we started bit/protection sports. With a variety of gear, we needed for the different sports we participated in; were tired of going to multiple shops to get the things we needed.
